Offer: Once you have decided that you would like to take a property one of our staff will run through our simple streamlined process to get the offer accepted by the Landlord. Once accepted we will give you the good news and take a holding deposit of one weeks rent to start the referencing process.

Referencing: Normally the stressful part FOR tenants! Not anymore! We have a pragmatic approach to referencing and will ensure all is explained so all parties understand exactly what will happen and when.

Tenancy start: Now that the referencing has been completed, You would be required to pay the first month rent & five or six week deposit (held in the DPS). Once this is done the contract can be signed. It’s now time to get ready to move into your new home. We will organise a check in at a time that suits you where you will be handed keys and have an opportunity to share any comments you may with the check in clerk.

All moved in: Our service doesn’t stop there. Should any issues arise within the property such as a faulty fridge freezer, dripping tap or lack of heating we will ensure it is dealt with in super fast time. We guarantee we can get the issues resolved quicker than any other property management agent in London maybe even the UK!

Owners Responsibilities

You’re a landlord if you rent out your property. As a landlord you must:

• Keep your rented properties safe and free from health hazards.
• Make sure all gas equipment and electrical equipment is safely installed and maintained.
•  Provide an Energy Performance Certificate for the property.
• Provide an up to date valid EICR Certificate.
•  Protect your tenant’s deposit in a government-approved scheme.
• Check your tenant has the right to rent your property if it’s in England.
• Give your tenant a copy of the How to rent checklist when they start renting from you (you can email it to them)
